Sopot Special Apartments are located on the charming Generała Kazimierza Pułaskiego Street, just approximately 300 metres from the beach, the famous Sopot Pier, and the lively Bohaterów Monte Cassino promenade. Despite its prime central location, our guests can enjoy peace and quiet. In 2026, the street was completely redesigned into a modern, green woonerf, creating a unique pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly space.

Our apartments are housed in a beautifully restored historic townhouse dating back to 1876, formerly known as “Villa Carmen”, which welcomed members of high society more than a century ago. Today, the building's rich heritage has been carefully combined with modern comfort, creating a truly exceptional place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Baltic coast.

Each of our apartments has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and a relaxing stay. The Studio, Superior and Standard Apartments are ideal for up to four guests and feature a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. The Superior Apartment stands out with its beautifully restored historic veranda, adding a unique charm and character to your stay. The Superior and Standard Apartments have separate entrances and can also be connected to create one larger apartment – an ideal solution for two families or a group of friends travelling together.

Our Two-Bedroom Apartment is the largest apartment in our collection and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a cosy private balcony – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of cookware, tableware, and kitchen utensils. Modern bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities, fresh towels, and a complimentary selection of toiletries to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.
